About the event
Candlelight Yin is a gentle and meditative evening of slowing down, softening the body, and reconnecting with yourself.
Guided by Seraina and Jonny, the night begins with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice to release tension and settle the nervous system. From there we transition into a reflective writing meditation to explore the inner landscape, before closing with a soft embodied connection practice.
Surrounded by candlelight, this evening invites presence, reflection and quiet connection.
