Embodied Bloom - Blue Lotus Ceremony

Embodied Bloom is an evening of soft ritual and conscious movement. We begin with a BLUE LOTUS ceremony, inviting the nervous system to settle, perception to widen, and the body to open into a receptive, dreamlike state. From there we will awaken into an embodiment dance flow, with soft-guided invitations that allow movement and imagery to arise intuitively and organically opening the heart and mind.

Blue Lotus is a precious Egyptian Flower with ceremonial properties that are said to expand the third eye and support dream-like states of awakening. This is a soft evening of inner listening and gentle movement guidance. The scientific name for Blue Lotus is: Nymphaea Cerulea, and is a water lily flower. In ancient Egypt they would call it "the return of light" since the flower would close itself at night and open again with sunlight during the day.
