A unique and practical teacher training with 8-10 hours of dance and in-person tuition each day. Following the circadian rhythm of light and its influence on our biology, we will study THE 4-PILLARS OF EMBODIMENT DANCE, learning how to craft workshops, hold space and create powerful energy journeys.

Embodiment Dance Facilitator Training (54 hours)
A fusion of theory (science), art (experience) and practice (wisdom)
Through the power and embodiment of dance we will learn to become profound leaders of ourselves and others. Dance is an intelligence that ripples through your body, activating brain centres and inspiring both intellectual and creative wisdom. A divine path to self awareness and leadership. This training is ideal for anyone in conscious spaces of responsibility and facilitation, somatic education and parenting. This course is a vulnerable dive into yourself (mind and body) your patterns, habits and unconscious behaviours. For this reason you need to have sufficient capacity and experience in managing your wellbeing.
This training course is immersive and practical, backed by theoretical knowledge and over 15 years of experience in leadership, dance, mindfulness, meditation and experience design. You will receive 54 hours of tuition that is unique to the embodied teaching methodologies…
