SELF LOVE: A Night of Sacred Self Connection

This evening is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the most important relationship you will ever have... the relationship with your own body. We begin in a welcome circle, creating a warm and respectful space where everyone can arrive, settle, and gently open the evening together.

From there we move into a guided movement and dance journey, allowing the body to awaken naturally through music, breath, and intuitive expression. This part of the evening invites creativity, presence, and a deeper listening to the intelligence of your body.

The journey then softens into a pelvic floor yoga practice, exploring the deep muscles of the pelvis through slow, conscious movement and breath. This practice helps release tension, restore sensitivity, and reconnect you with one of the most powerful energetic centers of the body.
