Service Description
This new 6-week Primal Movement course is for you if you’re looking to strengthen your body, increase the mobility of your joints, improve your overall fitness and wellbeing, and learn to establish and maintain a healthy posture. You will be guided through explorative, playful and organic-feeling movement exercises that reconnect you to the way your body was designed to move. Whether you’re a dancer, an athlete, or someone who has lost motivation for regular movement because you’re struggling with tight hips, a weak core, chronic back pain, an old injury, or other physical discomfort, this class can feel like medicine. Each session begins with a short introduction to land, followed by a mobility flow to prepare your body, then the main strength training using your own bodyweight, and closes with relaxation or space to share. Rather than repetitive gym exercises, Primal Movement offers room for exploration and play, reactivating natural, primal movement patterns while building functional strength, alignment and resilience. --- In a modern culture shaped by sedentary lifestyles, screens and over-performance, we often develop poor posture, tension and depletion, here we relearn healthy alignment while increasing both mobility and strength, allowing pain and tightness to dissolve naturally. Movement becomes effortless, powerful and joyful again, energy flows more freely, and mental and emotional wellbeing are supported... enhancing not only the physical body, but also the way you feel, think and show up in daily life. Join the full 6-week journey at CHF 30 per class (CHF 180 total), or drop in anytime for CHF 35 per session. --- About Seraina Seraina’s journey began with ambitious hip-hop training and stage performance in her teens and twenties, until an injury redirected her toward a more conscious, loving relationship with her body. Now a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, Primal Movement Trainer, Pelvic Floor Expert and Pleasure Coach, she weaves science-based knowledge with embodied depth; guiding people from pain to pleasure through movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation and holistic sexuality. In her classes, she teaches from lived embodiment, blending expertise and experience through medical understanding with sensitivity, presence and passion, creating spaces that honour the body–mind–soul connection and invite authentic expression. In her free time, Seraina likes to be in nature, enjoys to sing and to surrender into partner dances.
